Echo allows you to submit voice recordings to create a personalised voice profile. You may only submit recordings of:
Submitting a voice recording without the speaker's consent is a material breach of these Terms and may violate applicable laws.
You may not use Echo to impersonate any person — including public figures, celebrities, or private individuals — without their explicit consent. This includes generating speech intended to deceive others into believing a real person said something they did not.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity that occurs under it. Notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access.
Echo and its underlying technology are owned by Lairy Labs. You retain ownership of the voice recordings and text you submit. By submitting content, you grant us a limited licence to process and store it solely to provide the service to you.
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms, with or without notice. You may delete your account at any time from within the app.
Echo is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that synthesised audio will be of any particular quality.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lairy Labs will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of Echo.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Echo after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
