5. Data Retention and Deletion

You can delete your voice profiles at any time from within the app, which permanently removes your voice sample and all associated audio files. You can delete your entire account and all associated data from Settings → Account → Delete All Data.

We do not retain your data after deletion.

We use industry-standard practices to protect your data, including encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS) for all data in transit and access controls on stored data. No system is completely secure — if you believe your account has been compromised, contact us immediately.

Echo is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify users of significant changes. Continued use of Echo after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.
